The property is in need of regurbishment - fittings in the bathroom are old and the tiling in the shower is in need of replacement. The placement of the large screen TV in the room was not safe - one could easily bang one head against it when moving around the room. The closet door would not stay shut because the floor sloped

Location is pretty bad, you can’t walk on the evening around there because it’s dangerous. When we arrived we had to pay $40 dollars for early check in even with the room available. No air conditioning in the room. The staff is friendly but only one spoke english and only another one spoke Portuguese.

Al ingresar al hotel todo bien, pero al ingresar a mi dormitorio olía mal tuve que pedir que me cambien de cuarto y me cambiaron en la noche había mucho ruido y no se podía descansar bien, el desayuno no tenía muchas opciones de frutas pero estuvo bueno de ahí todo muy bien.

Overall the property was decent with good size rooms and clean toilets etc. The swimming pool on the roof was small but clean. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. However, the location was average with the area around the hotel quite run down and felt a bit unsafe in evenings and night. Also when we landed up after an exhausting 18 hours flight from Sydney we were left hanging for about 4.5 hours without a room. Understand that our flight was early and we reached hotel at 10.30 which is way early. So we were happy to go around after leaving our heavy bags. But Expedia said the check in time was 2 but we didn't get a room till 3. Normally on request most hotels will give you at least 1 room (we had booking for 2) by 12.30 to 1. But we had to wait till 3. Very disappointing.

Café da manhã e almoço são pontos negativos

Como ponto negativo deste apart hotel é o café da manhã, pois todos os dias foram caóticos; faltando desde xícaras, pratos, sucos, café. Muito hóspedes para pouca estrutura. Falta uma cozinha mais bem preparada, gestão de pessoas ou gerenciamento. No almoço também acontece o mesmo problema antes da fim do horário do serviço já falta reposição no buffet.

Et hotel, hvor man får meget for pengene

Vi havde to overnatninger på hotellet. Morgenmaden er rigtig fin og over normal standard på mellemklassehoteller i Chile. Vi følte at vi fik rigtig meget for pengene. Værelset var efter chilensk standard både rent og velholdt. Vi nød også tiden ved poolen, men synes det havde været på sin plads forud for reservationen at orientere om, at poolen er lukket om mandagen. Vi havde set meget frem til at benytte den på vores sidste dag inden afrejse. Vi kan anbefale hotellet til såvel enlige, par og familier på tværs af aldersgrupper

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient!

This hotel was very convenient. I also had a separate kitchenette and sitting area which was very nice. I even had a little balcony. Room was comfortable and clean and the front desk was helpful. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel or stay here again. I did not get to make use of the pool but it looked refreshing!

Nice hotel with great staff and a good location. We really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. We had a great view from the 14th floor off our balcony to see the sunset over the city. The staff were very helpful with getting everything we needed and allowing us to hang out in the lobby after check out while we waited for a late afternoon flight. Service was available in both Spanish and English. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin and sound seemed to travel through from the hall into the room very easily. This hotel has a great location only a kilometer or two from the main tourist sites in Santiago.

Bem localizado, porém barulhento

A localização é boa, porem fiquei duas noites atormentada por hóspedes barulhentos tanto nos corredores como nos apes ao lado. Perto do hotel tem uma panaderia muito boa pra quem não tiver interessado em pagar 6,000 por pessoa no café da manhã num café simples (afinal o peso estava 7x mais caro que o real.)

Otima localização, pra quem quer ficar dno centro. Quarto de casal bem espaçoso, porém, o quarto de solteiro muito pequeno. Elevadores e limpeza funciona bem. Funcionários simpáticos . Única reclamação são ad frutas do café da manhã. O restante tava muito bom.
