Great place to stay in Santiago

Wonderful staff, so helpful, and lovely. Very good WIFI, clean the staff are always cleaning, it does show. Good location, close to the Metro, great location for small bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hostel.

Manutenção precária dos banheiros e atendentes sem

Falta manutenção nos banheiros e as torneiras estão com problema há tanto tempo que colocaram um aviso para não abri-las até o final. Após o checkout o recepcionista esqueceu de recolher as chaves que ficaram em meu poder e insistiu a falha não era dele ao não solicitar as chaves no checkout. Enviei por correio como cortesia mas é lamentável quando um profissional não reconhece a própria falha de procedimento

Excellent place to stay in Santiago

As before last year, an excellent Hostel in a lovely area of Santiago. This is my 5th stay, The staff are friendly always, and so helpful. The freshly cooked bread and fresh fruit in the mornings are delightful. Also if you have a car you can park it here for free, which is very helpful. The metro is a bit of a walk, but not too far, there is a fresh fruit and vegetable market a couple of minutes away as well as several small shops for the essential wines and beers. A super market is within easy reach, which also has ATMs.

Nefasto servicio administrativo.

Desafortunadamente la experiencia fue muy negativa. Los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito fueron suministrados para que fueran cobrados los servicios del familiar que estaría usando sus servicios; sin embargo NO descontaron de la tarjeta (aun no entiendo porque) y toco hacer transferencia bancaria internacional de ultimo momento para que lo dejaran dormir esa noche. Hubo un error de numero en la transferencia realizada y no permitieron mas tiempo para poder hacer la nueva transferencia. Sacaron a mi familiar haciéndolo sentir como un ladrón. Nunca fue posible que descontaran de la tarjeta de crédito lo cual era simple. Tal como ha sucedido en muchos otros hoteles en los que he estado. Es lamentable el servicio y el trato que fue brindado en nuestro caso.

Fui para um evento no Estádio Nacional, era uma opção próxima do local. O bairro é tranquilo, perto da estação de trem/metrô, ônibus passam próximos também, mercado, opções de restaurantes, etc. O Hostel em si é limpo, organizado. As camas são grandes e largas e as roupas de cama também são de ótima qualidade. Acho que só faltou um ar-condicionado ou ao menos um ventilador nos quartos, como fomos no verão, fez bastante falta. Os banheiros estavam sempre limpos e o chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã deixa a desejar para quem está acostumado com o padrão brasileiro e o fato de precisar pedir para abrirem o portão na hora de entrar ou sair, mesmo de dia, é um incômodo. No geral, minha experiência foi positiva e caso precise ficar novamente na região de Nuñoa, voltaria.
