This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was located on a very quiet and safe street just steps away from anything one would need. We could walk just a short distance to Grand Via, the Palace/Cathedral, Market, Groceries, etc.
It was spotless, stocked with everything we needed and more. It was also very well decorated. Access was a breeze and there was an elevator too. The host was prompt with responses and super helpful when we needed a special favour.
We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love was that the 2nd bedroom had a single bed, which was not ideal for co sleeping with toddler.
The location is in a nice neighborhood but it's a 15 min transit to the central tourist areas/sites to see, and a several minutes walk to local restaurants. So if you're traveling with young kids, be prepared with a stroller and carrying kids for several minutes as you navigate transit.
We did find the transit stations such as the metro and the bus to be quite accessible for the stroller. It helps to have the tap to pay with credit card option. Kids under 4 ride free (as of writing of this review).
