「The townhome was very clean upon arrival, the check-in process was simple. We enjoyed our stay. The living room was a little small for all of us, but we managed. "あまりにひどいホテルで、これから利用を考えている人には絶対お勧めしない。 理由は以下の通りです。 1 チェックイン時、クレジットカードを投げて返した。 2 1階の部屋希望で予約していたが、そんな情報は受けていないと言い張り2階の部屋になった。翌日調べたが1階には空きがあった。 3 4人で予約したにもかかわらず、タオルの用意は2人分しかなかった。 4 真夏なのに製氷機が動いておらず、フロントも氷の用意をするわけでもなく、非常に不快な経験をした。 5 洗面所を使うと床に水が漏れてきた。 とにかく最低ホテルでした。"
