"Ha sido un auténtico placer estar estos días en el alojamiento. Raúl, encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tuvimos algunos pequeños problemas de mantenimiento y fueron inmediatamente atendidos y solucionados. Estudio funcional, con lo que necesitas, actual y limpio. Menaje de cocina, paño, detergente para fregar los platos, estropajo, bayeta, fregona, escoba y recogedor. En el baño, bastantes toallas, papel higiénico, jabón de manos y gel. TV, cama enorme y super cómoda, hemos dormido...

Los útiles de cocina justos, pero bien. Si buscas playa, es ideal, a dos minutos andando tienes la playa. A la puerta hay parada de bus para moverte por Santander."

Tiene lavadora comunitaria, y un pequeño sitio con mesas de terraza. Está a unos ocho minutos de la playa. y cerca están varias localidades que merece la pena visitar."
