Spacious “great room”, with 85 inch giant screen smart TV, Baby Grand Piano, with stairs leading up to lofted, full office and Master Suite including King Bed, 55-inch Smart TV, separate full office (lofted) with ultra high speed fiber optic wireless internet Full walk-in closet equipped with stocked Keurig coffee station for bedside or hot-tub side service. Mini fridge and microwave for coffee warming. Master bath with massive double showers and double vanities, completely stocked with necessary items. Two Queen Bedrooms on lower level with full bathroom with updated counter tops, also fully equipped.

Home located in great Santa Rosa in-city location, walking distance to downtown, parks, shopping and multiple bistros and fine dining. Dog friendly fully enclosed grounds with multiple rose gardens. A totally unique property.

I appreciate trash and recycle removal to the bins adjacent to driveway. PLEASE NOTE: Smaller gray bin is for trash; Large Blue bin recycle only. Large GREEN BIN for Landscape Yard Clippings ONLY.
