Welcome to Gulfview, your family’s home base in the heart of Seaside, Florida. Currently being fully renovated with completion expected mid to late May 2026, this classic beach cottage is being reimagined with a brand-new layout designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories—just a short walk from the beach.

Start your mornings on the open-air front porch, where Adirondack chairs, lounge seating, and ceiling fans create the perfect spot for coffee before heading out for the day. The expanded screened-in back porch offers a comfortable outdoor dining space with seating for eight or more—ideal for family dinners and unwinding after the beach.

Inside, the first floor is designed for connection. The living room features a large sectional and mounted TV, flowing into a spacious dining area with seating for twelve. The updated kitchen includes a freestanding island, gas cooktop, beverage and wine fridge, and refreshed kitchen essentials for easy meals at home.

Just off the kitchen, a convenient powder room adds an extra layer of comfort for guests and shared living spaces.

A first-floor queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath and walk-in shower provides a quiet and convenient retreat.

Upstairs offers a layout that works perfectly for families. Two king bedrooms each include their own ensuite bathrooms, giving adults space and privacy. The primary suite has been expanded and features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate toilet room.

The second king bedroom includes a cozy sitting area with a daybed—perfect for kids who want to stay close.

The bunk room is designed with fun in mind, featuring two bunk setups (twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen), along with a TV and casual seating. A nearby hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves this space.

A walk-in laundry room on this level adds extra convenience for longer stays.

The tower room offers a fun bonus space with seating for four and views over Seaside—perfect for sunset watching or a quiet moment to recharge.

All bedrooms will include TVs. Renovations are currently in progress with anticipated completion in mid to late May 2026; new photos coming soon.
