Curtains provide added privacy, and the area includes en suite access to a renovated full bath with a walk-in shower, as well as direct access to a private patio where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. The third floor features a luxurious king master bedroom with stunning Gulf views from the bed and en suite access to a beautifully renovated shared bath, complete with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Also on this floor is a versatile guest bedroom, offering a twin loft bed and a king bed. This room provides convenient hallway access to a shared full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. With these thoughtful accommodations, the townhome comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.

Pets will be considered for monthly snowbird rentals only. Pets are restricted to two dogs, with a weight limit of 40 pounds per dog. If you are traveling with a pet, please call the reservations team within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Located in an upscale area of Hwy 30A, this pristine house is perched between Destin and Seaside. Just a 13-minute drive to Grand Boulevard Town Center with over 35 shops and restaurants and the all-new state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Bike down to Blue Mountain Creamery for a cone or meander along the miles of trails!
The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
