Discover the beauty of Santa Rosa Beach from this superb 10-bedroom house. With 5 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this marvelous property offers a comfortable stay for all guests.

This Brand New 10 bedroom home is nestled along the beautiful beaches of 30A.Located in one of the most desirable areas of 30A, this home boasts a private pool and spa, along with a built in fire pit.

The main home has 5 king suits, 2 queen and one bunk room with 4 twins. Both ground floor rooms are king suits. Each room has an attached full bath as well as a ground floor half bath with a door to the pool.

The carriage home has 2 queen suits on the second floor with attached bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a lounge with 83” tv and mini fridge, along with extra dining seating. Also attached is a game room with an inside/outside bar with a roll up door. Inside is a ping pong table and dart board along with some seating and barstools.

This home is sure to meet everyone’s needs and comfortably sleeps 22 in beds.

The neighborhood has deeded beach access and is only a block away from long leaf trail which is a 13 mile nature trail that runs throughout point Washington.

6 passenger lithium golf cart included.

Perfect house for a family vacation or just a couple getaway. This property was brand new and immaculate. Thank you for your quick response and ease of registration.

We just stayed a few nights but couldn’t be more impressed with this home and setup. We didn’t have enough guests to fill it up, but there is so much space! The pool and spa are amazing and the fire pit adds an extra layer of relaxation in the evenings. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the bedding is sooooo comfortable. The owners spared no expense for comfort here. I can’t wait to come back with a bigger group!!
