The space

Welcome to "Knot for Reel!"

Outside, enjoy your own private outdoor oasis, complete with a refreshing pool, hot tub, sunny deck with loungers, BBQ grill, corn hole, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. It's the perfect spot to unwind!

Step inside the front door to a bright and open main living space that's great for spending time together. The living room has a big comfy sectional and flows seamlessly into the dining area with a large table with seating for 10. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, a spacious pantry, plus barstool seating for 6. Also on this floor is a half bathroom, and a spacious King bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Moving up to the second floor, you'll find the laundry room along with three additional cozy bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom, featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The third bedroom has a Queen bed plus a set of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, also with an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Lastly, the third floor is a fun hangout zone, with a second living room, ping pong talbe, a wet bar, a game/dining table, and multiple other small seating areas! The last bedroom is also located on this floor, featuring two sets of built-in Queen-over-Queen bunk beds.

You're just a short walk to the beach, as well as great restaurants and shops like Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Steamboat Grill, and more! Plus, you're only a quick LSV/golf cart ride away from The Big Chill and Seaside!

Guest access

There is parking available for 3-4 cars in the driveway!

Please note that the Eastern Lake Beach Access involves wading through a small portion of the lake.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed(s) and size(s).
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Please note that a $30 gas fee for the LSV/golf cart will need to be paid.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
