As an exclusive Summertime rental, this new vacation spot has been tastefully remodeled to feature a modern eclectic design (both inside and out). All 6 guests at "Simply Seagrove" can expect quiet relaxation directly on the water or within the privately screened outdoor living space. Head out to Eastern Lake on the complimentary kayaks or bring your paddleboard with you and head straight out to the Gulf of Mexico and spend the day under the Florida sun!

Less than a 10-minute stroll to beach, this well-appointed townhome boasts two living areas. Inside is an open concept space with cozy furniture, round table dining for 4, wet bar, coffee bar and fully equipped kitchen. Outside is a brand-new furnished oasis featuring a full couch, farmhouse dining table for 6, ambient lighting and smart tv. A few steps down through the string-lit backyard leads you to the private, waterfront dock with high top dining for 4, outdoor sectional, and propane grill.

Each bedroom suite is located on the 2nd floor. The king master suite boasts a beautiful walkout balcony overlooking the lake with private ensuite. Views from this space onto Eastern Lake are picturesque, this outdoor space serves as one of the best spots to get lost in a good book and drink of choice (from the wet bar)! The other bedroom has a twin over queen bunk + pullout trundle (sleeps up to 4 guests). Down the hallway is a built-in laundry area complete with stackable washer & dryer, folding station and utility sink.

*Maximum occupancy of this home is 6 guests
*Community quiet hours begin at 10PM
*There are 4 complimentary beach towels available for guest use
*There are 2 complimentary kayaks available for guest use
*Designated parking is assigned for 2 vehicles
*There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property
*If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent
*All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered
*Guest must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
