Cheerfully decorated and comfortably cool, this condo brings the views of the ocean straight to you. Enjoy it from your extra-long private balcony that's furnished for looking out on the waves over morning coffee. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep.

Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We were very happy with the condo. Its location in the condominium was very convenient for going to and from the beach. Our first day we had some difficulty getting our beach service. Our name was not on the beach attendant’s list, but the Vacasa agent I spoke with was able to correct the problem.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath home was perfect for our trip to Florida. The home had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They really put the extra effort in making the building clean. Nice condo

We liked the condo decor and proximity to the beach. A few issues. We needed an iron and it took almost two days to get one delivered after several attempts to get it. Hair in a bathroom sink, a piece of floss stuck on the wall and no sheets on the master bed when we arrived.

Charming beachfront condo.

The condo was super cute. We loved being on the second floor. We used the stairs the whole week. The condo is small. Perfect for 4 but I think for 6 people it would be very crowded. The mattresses and pillows could stand to be replaced. We ended up going and buying our own pillows to use during our stay. I appreciated being beachfront. I love the fact that our stay came with chairs. However, the public beach part was very frustrating. It was super crowded and people started setting up chairs at 6AM. The guy who manned our chairs told us we had to stay once he set them up and after 30 mins unoccupied he would put them up. Overall we made the beach part work. I loved the condo decor and the fact that it was clean and updated.

Renovated Unit

This condo has recently been updated and renovated. We were pleased with the decor and updated appliances. Management was communicative and responsive. There were issues with the internet connection out of their control and they were accommodating. This entire property is currently under construction and this presented a few minor challenges. We would have preferred to be notified about the major construction prior to arrival as we had someone traveling with us with mobility issues but we made it work. The unit is comfortable and inviting. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Walk to the beach was so easy. Parking was a slight challenge because of construction. Bring extra blankets! I run cold at night and the coverlets provided by property management are very thin so bring cozy blankets to have for an awesome running Air conditioning unit!!!

This is a very well appointed unit. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen supplies could be improved ie coffee maker, barware. It is on a lower floor so don't expect much of a view or privacy on the porch. Although it makes for easy access up and down stairs and not having to wait on elevators.

Great location and beach access

We loved our stay at One Seagrove Place. The condo was well appointed and the location to the beach was perfect for our family with small children. We were disappointed to find out (without prior notice) that the complimentary beach chair service was no longer offered for the time of our stay and no concessions were made to accommodate us, even though we specifically booked this location because of that feature. It was an unexpected added expense to our trip. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.
