Welcome to Claire N' Bea by the Sea! Custom-designed by an award-winning architect, this stunning new beach cottage is perfectly situated along scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, close to the breathtaking turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Ideal for relaxation and fun with family and friends, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
On the first floor, you’ll find the master suite with a king bed, private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a serene screened-in porch overlooking a nature reserve. The second floor includes another king bedroom and a guest room with two sets of bunk beds, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional sink alcove for convenience. A cozy loft area overlooks the spacious two-story living room, creating the perfect space for quiet reflection, reading, or a refreshing afternoon nap.
Outside, unwind in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of homes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30-A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
