Great location

We have been staying in this neighborhood for many years, it’s such a great location and the neighborhood is very quiet with easy beach access at the end of the street. The house was very roomy, we had 5 family members staying and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We would definitely recommend this house. The only thing I would suggest that could make it better were if there were beach chairs to use and bikes.

End of summer trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was well appointed, clean and the perfect location. We will definitely return next year! Just a heads up there are no beach towels. Not a problem if you know ahead of time. I would have brought my own had I known so pack your towels! Thanks for a great stay! 10 stars!

Family Vacay 2023

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The area and beach were as beautiful as expected. There is a brief walk to the beach and pool. North Ryan Street in itself was a pleasure with nicely appointed homes and landscapes. The house was roomy and cute! Our favorite things were the sofas:) Had it been cooler when we visited, we would have enjoyed the outside deck, table, and grill. The upstairs air went out briefly, but maintenance had it going within a few hours. The request process was simple, and we were sent a text to update us on the service progress. We look forward to coming back!

Nice house, close to the beach!

This is a great house for a family or group of friends beach trip. It’s a decent size, plenty of bathrooms and seating. I was pleasantly surprised with how close it was to the beach.

Fantastic Stay

Brought my wife and daughter down for spring break. House was very comfortable. Convenient to everything. Close to the beach. Just an overall fantastic vacation.

Seagrove Beach

We loved this house! It was beautifully yet simply decorated with lots of little places to relax. And it was impeccably clean! The host was very helpful on the few questions that we had. It was located on a very quiet street and close to the beach. We loved it!

Lovin' Life Is Good

Perfect location with a short walk to private beach access and access to road with bike paths. Easy and close to all 30-A communities. House was decorated even better than the pics show; it was cozy, comfortable, clean and beachy. Thanks!

Excellent location!

Just off 30A between Seaside & The Hub. The beach is just two blocks away. Close enough to the action to get there by bike instead of having to use the car. The house and street are so charming. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed it!

I thought it would be a longer walk to the beach based on some of the reviews, but it really wasn't very far at all. Maybe it would be too long for little kids, but for teens and adults it seemed very short. The street is quiet and cute so the walk was a nice stroll. The house was great and very well equipped. My only recommendations would be that the headboard in the master bedroom be tightened. It makes a loud noise every time you so much as roll over in the bed. -- Though if you want a reputation as a Casanova without doing the work, maybe this would work in your favor! ;)

Peaceful home

I rented this house with 2 other ladies for four nights and we really enjoyed it. The house is nicely decorated with calm, peaceful colors and the beds were comfortable. I have stayed in this neighborhood before but in the section closer to the beach. This house is almost the last one on the street so it's a pretty good walk down to the beach, a little more than 10 minutes. Having the wagon was very helpful and it's all neighborhood streets so no traffic to deal with. The kitchen is well stocked with bowls, plates, nice mugs, and some decent pots and pans. For anyone wondering, there's a regular coffee pot as well as the Kuerig. Few minor complaints- no instructions on the TV remote and we never could find regular channels. You have to enter every time by the back door since that's where the keypad is. The master bath tub was missing the plug but I kept forgetting to call and let them know. All minor things and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house. BTW, if you do rent, check out the second pool by following the right hand curve on the neighborhood street when leaving the beach access boardwalk. It's often empty and has a cool infinity edge.

Despite a few things that disappointed us, we had a great trip

Distance to the beach was horrible with small children. Walk to pool was tolerable, but then down to beach was awful. Not being able to park a golf cart was bad. We had a disabled person with us and if we could have had parking for a cart would have been very helpful. The house needs a few things taken care of: dishwasher was nasty, door blinds broken, decks needed pressure washed, outside shower did not work, top floor smelled very musty. We still enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun.

Fantastic house but terrible communication

We loved this house for many reasons. Our whole family stayed here and the location and layout of the house worked for all of us. I did read the reviews before renting and really The only negative was about the lack of communication woth the property. Best beach resorts is who rents the property. I just want to advise the owners of the property they should look into going woth another agency. There was NO communication about the rental at all. We booked in May and I finally heard from Tiffany the evening before we were to arrive. Our balance for the property was fully paid end of May. Tiffany woth best beach getaways called me on the evening before our arrival to inform me that if we didn’t sign the agreement we wouldn’t have the property rented for our use! She was rude and spoke to me Rudely over the telephone. She made me feel stupid and acted as if this online agreement was life or death when she called. Again this was about 24 hours before we were to arrive. She told me she couldn’t help me that day since the office was closed but she was ok with scaring me To death and made me Worry this was an issue that couldn’t be fixed. I’m 45 years old amd it’s been a long time Since I have been talked so down to! However, the next morning when the office opened a sweet souls woth BBG called me to handle The email over the phone. She was a sweetheart and I did tell her about the conversation woth Tiffany the evening before. She apologized for Tiffany’s actions. All in all The house is great on so many levels For a group or family. The owners should really Check into the agency they are using. Poor Customer service.

Darling home- well thought out for guests!

Great house, very good location

The house was very clean and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. We had 3 children all under the age of 9 and even with them in tow, it was an easy process of getting to the beach and pool. The house had all the amenities you needed and even a beach wagon and some chairs for you to use. The only thing that wasn’t great was the children’s room was on the first floor right next to the kitchen. But we made do for our late night drinks and shenanigans. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Neighborhood

The house was clean, well equipped with plenty of room for our family and a few friends. Our college students loved the third floor hangout room and balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the beach. We’ve been coming to the area for more than 15 years and this is definitely one of our favorites!!

Life IS Good

This was one of our best get aways ever! The house was super clean and spacious, very well decorated. We had everything we needed. The pools and beach are a very short walk and are not crowded. Shopping and restaurants are all nearby, too.
