Dune Villas 8A is a fully remodeled modern gem in Seagrove that can sleep 4 guests. This 1-bedroom condo features a king bedroom plus a sofa sleeper in the living area. The open concept main area gives you pool views from the moment you step in side. And, the attention to detail throughout the space offers you a truly luxurious vacation experience.

Dune Villas:
Located in the center of Seagrove, the Dune Villas complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This family friendly complex is very close to some of the area’s most popular State Parks, as well.

This Gulf-front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand.

Your stay at Dune Villas 8A comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Location and beach access is wonderful. Easy drive to Publix. The master bed is very uncomfortable and no beach towels were provided. Great to have the washer and dryer however the dryer didn’t work well.

We appreciated the fact that the refrigerator had an icemaker and there was a vacuum and broom in the unit (toddler life)! Only recommendations would be to put non-slip grips in the shower, my husband and I both almost fell (on separate occasions). This is definitely going to be THE place we stay!

We enjoyed the smaller complex and were able to make friends with everyone staying during the same time, which made for a memorable experience! The access to the beach can’t be beat! The complex was very clean and being right off the pool was super convenient with a toddler in tow. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return and use benchmark and dune villas again. The condo we stayed in was very nice, but our only complaint was the bed was hard. We both decided we would try a different unit next time for this reason!

Reviewer Comments: This was our third year staying at dune villas and our second time staying at 8A. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and to the town. Easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen has mostly anything you’d need. The condo is mostly clean, it can be dusted and cleaned a little better in my opinion, but nothing that would deter me from returning. The towels can be softer, when you’ve been in the sun a long time, it can be a little painful. The communication with benchmark wasn’t great, I feel the customer service had changed and has decreased in quality. Thankfully it wasn’t a horrible experience, but I did find myself frustrated when I wouldn’t hear back or didn’t receive information in a timely and accurate fashion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dune Villas 8A. The place was decorated very cute and it was very clean. We loved having access to the pool right outside our room and having the beach only a few steps away. Everything was up to date and appeared to be newly renovated. The washer and dryer was also very handy to have. The location was perfect, and we loved walking to Prema right behind the villa for coffees and smoothies. 10/10 recommend!!
