Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Sea Section, located at 136 Bluejack Street, is the perfect vacation home for you and your loved ones, and even your pets! Enjoy all of the amenities Watercolor has to offer, or take a relaxing walk and explore the Nature Preserves. This 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom can accommodate 8 guests, and will surely create a vacation to remember!
The first floor of the residence welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room, a screened in porch, and a half bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dual sinks and a Thermador oven, creating the perfect space for a nice, home cooked meal! Also on the first floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom.
The second floor of the home offers a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite, private bathroom. Next is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a king size bed and a private balcony that overlooks a beautiful wooded area. The laundry room and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom are on this floor as well. Lastly, there is a media room on the second floor, providing a great space to enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach!
The outdoor space of this home is just as magnificent as the interior. SeaSection has a total of 6 porches, providing the perfect views of the Nature Preserve. There is also a gourmet infrared grill for those easy summer dinners and an EV car charger for your convenience.

Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. - WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. - 8 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. - The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.
Reservation/Booking Policy - Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. - A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. - Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. - Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. - Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
