This place is adorable and it is right across the street from the beach. Lauren was great to work with and had some great recommendations for food. There is a great little cafe next door to get coffee and breakfast. This was a mother-daughter trip and we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice accommodations. Quick walk to Beach and restaurants. Apartment was nicely furnished to allow for cooking if you wanted to. Nice balcony overlooking courtyard to enjoy coffee in am and most importantly it is shaded for cocktails in the pm. The area was pleasantly quiet. Would definitely return next year. Next time we will rent bikes for better access to Seaside..absolutely no parking.

The hostess were very communicative and the room was quite nice. The beach was a short walk from the condo. We did not get a private beach or rent chairs but instead decided to explore the wet sand areas and the public beaches at Camp Helen and Topsail. As there either red flags or double red flags for all of our stay this worked out wonderfully. I highly recommend especially for a family, couple or as in our case mother and young teen. We had a great time!

Fantastic!

This Condo is fantastic for couples looking to get away. Great location, quick walk to the beach, and close to seaside. Historically, parking in seaside is a cluster; however, this complex provides ample parking space. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Stay!!

Overall this was such a great stay in 30A!! My husband and I stayed for Memorial Day and were so impressed with the location and beach access. It was the quickest 3 min walk right across the street and onto the sand! The beach area wasn’t too crowded (even during a holiday weekend) unlike some other areas in 30A… which we really loved. We walked to Surfing Deer (right under a mile) for dinner one night and it was sooo incredible. The coffee shop right next to the condo was awesome as well. A great spot with everything you need so close by! I also would like to applaud Lauren for her amazing communication during our stay. When we first arrived we noticed the water in the shower wasn’t getting very hot. I texted her and she responded immediately and within MINUTES had already arranged for a plumber to come by right away to get it looked at. So thankful for her quick action and helping us have the best weekend!
