Super clean property, incredible beachfront, super comfortable and clean bedding with very new appliances. However it was a tough week for Benchmark as they struggled to communicate on the icemaker that never ended up working. They did make it right after I shared the need for a credit. Without question we would be back and I’m sure Benchmark will have a better week.

We absolutely loved our stay at dune villas. Our #1 priority was to be right on the beach, so it was hard to go wrong here!! This was our first time in the panhandle and we couldn’t have asked for a better location between seaside, alys, rosemary, etc. We didn’t have the best weather, but we made the best of it with all the shopping and restaurants. The condo was perfect for my family of 5 and we will be returning!!

The villa was very nice loved the counter tops and kitchen /living area was comfy and nice for everyone to be together. Beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean. The bathrooms are remodeled beautifully. The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool is convenient

This property was very enjoyable to share with friends. Great beach views, nice furniture and impeccable kitchen, bedrooms were nice and private. We look forward to next time.

Loved the location and size of this property. Had everything we needed. Accommodated 9 people without feeling crowded. Easy access to the beach, walkable to local store, and restaurants. Would stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Dune Villas for 10+ years. This was the first unpleasant experience and it was AWFUL. Shortly after arriving, we noticed the landscaping/grounds were very unkept, the trim off of a mirror in the double bed room fell. The refrigerator had an arm break when we were unloading our groceries and we noticed the floor trim in the master bedroom was rotten and exposed! Later in the evening we noticed roaches in the kitchen. That night my brother in law had one crawling on him in bed. We reported all these things on Sunday morning. Nothing was done. Called back, nothing done on Monday. Pest control finally came Tuesday and sprayed. We were told by Florida Pest Control it was GERMAN ROACHES which are very invasive and could easily go home with us in our things as well as our toddlers didn’t need to get in the poison he sprayed (ummm, ok!)... We continued to see roaches everywhere. Benchmark property management was extremely rude and would not help in any way! Lastly, the beach is completely washed in front of DV so there is no where to lounge on the beach without walking some distance. We spent much time at the pool and the trash was not tended to in several days. Completely gross and not compliment with any guidelines for COVID. I wouldn’t recommended renting at DV to my worst enemy.

We didn’t have a blender and they had one the next day for us! I would recommend bringing a fan for the top loft!
