The space
Welcome to "Campview Cottage!"
Located in the popular Camp District of WaterColor, this lovely beach home is just steps from Camp WaterColor, and loaded with everything you need for a perfect vacation!
Outside, enjoy the expansive porch with a cozy porch swing, a separate screened-in porch, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower after a sun-soaked day at the beach or pool.
As you step inside, you'll notice the beautiful natural hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. The open-concept living room invites you to unwind by the cozy fireplace, with a gorgeous round dining table sitting right across the way. The gourmet kitchen is just steps away, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up your beachside favorites!
Just off the main living space, you'll find the laundry room as well as two spacious bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom, complete with a brand new Pottery Barn King bed paired with a Stearns & Foster mattress, private access to the screened-in porch, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Heading upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One features a King bed, and the other is a thoughtfully designed kid room with one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, one standalone Twin bed, a toddler bed, and a playroom nook stocked with kids' books! Both of these bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
There is parking available for 3 cars in the carport/driveway!
Across the street from Fern Park and Camp Watercolor, you're close to 3 resort-style pools, slides, a lazy river, food/drinks, beach access, and more! Hop on your bike/LSV/golf cart and in just a few minutes, you're at Seaside or the WaterColor Beach Club, with access to the beach, pools, kayaking, SUP rentals, pickleball, tennis, and nature trails. Also conveniently located near other restaurants, shops, and Publix, this home is ready for your next beach adventure!
*This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
Camp WaterColor is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! The Beach Club is about a 5-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat, especially for families!!!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
