Lovely condo and great 30a location. Communication and check-in was an absolute breeze. Adagio at Blue Mountain is a beautiful complex. Grounds and pool areas are perfectly maintained. Beach service from La Dolce Vita was great. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Beds, bedding and furnishings are high end and comfortable. Very clean and well cared for.

Every year I take my son and daughter and their family to the beach. This year we had a five month old, a 10 month old and a three-year-old. This layout was perfect for us. I wish I had known they offered a pack and play and a walker in the condo. We brought all baby supplies when we would not have had to bring. The location is awesome. The restaurants in the area are family friendly. We will probably come back to this location again.

We had an amazing stay at Adagio and Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was amazing and very spacious. the beach and property were beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and even went out of their way to help up with a misunderstanding concerning umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again. There are steep steps from the complex to the beach so just make sure you are physically able to climb them if you are wanting to stay at Adagio. Otherwise the place is a perfect vacation spot.

Annual Beach Trip

This is our second stay at Adagio, and we enjoy this location on the beach, which is not overly crowded. It is also a convenient location to access our favorite shopping places.

So convenient

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. The location of the condo is perfect and central to the pools and beach. The facility offers some helpful amenities (coin ice machine, small grocery shop, bike rental) and it was great to walk to near by stores and ice cream. We loved that there were two parking spots. Prepare to purchase or bring our own sand toys or boogie boards - or extra beach chairs (two and an umbrella included). There isn’t a place to donate or have them off to anyone else necessarily when you’re done.

Nice but….

The condo was big and spacious. However, the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. Specifically the floors throughout were filthy upon our arrival. Our little grandchildren’s feet and legs were dirty within a short time on the floor on the day we arrived. We mopped the floors of the condo our first night. Management needs to ensure cleanliness of condo for the guests.

Amazing Place To Stay

Property was great. Excellent location with stunning view of ocean and close to beach and pools. Great place - it had everything we needed. We typically rent houses, but this was great for our family. Would like to keep it a secret!

Wonderful property to ring in the New Year

Our family enjoyed this unit as we celebrated the beginning of a New Year together. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very peaceful. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The surrounding property was beautiful and clean, as usual. We definitely recommend this unit!

Favorite Property Yet But...

I have stayed at at least 50-100 different places on the panhandle over the last 30 years and this unit and location was my favorite! Beautifully decorated and in great shape! However, I accidentally left a brand new electric razor in a drawer and contacted Solely Mgt within 2 hours of checking out. I had to keep following up and the told me the cleaning crew "found it and threw it away" which I find hard to believe as it was clearly working. Anyway, they said they would get in touch with me Monday. It is now Thursday and nothing. After spending over $5,000, you would think they would at least reimburse me for that

Beautiful Resort Style Condo

We were very impressed with the entire property. Great location. Owner had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay again

Pure paradise!

Clean, beautiful accommodations. Space galore and a view to die for. Our second year in a row to B202 did not disappoint and we will be back!
