Take a vacation in the White Dunes Oasis! This 3 BR, 2.5 BA, sleeps 10 people, making this the perfect space for your family. Located in the Prominence community on 30A, you not only have access to 2 resort-style pools (one is seasonally heated) but you are also within walking distance to family favorite, The Big Chill. Take a quick spin in the golf cart to one of the many beach access options close by or take a long bike ride with the fam to some of the best restaurants located on 30A.

When you step inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create a spacious downstairs gathering area. The first floor also features an outdoor patio, extending the home's inviting living space outdoors. Upstairs, all bedrooms are privately tucked away.

🏖️ Let's go to the Beach!
Prominence has a lot of options for beach access; some of our favorites are listed below.

- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about a 5 minute bike ride away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About a 6 minute ride away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About a 4 min drive away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 4 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps — you can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

*Pro-Tip— stock up on ice at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street to load your cooler down and not have to buy ice at the grocery or gas station!

- Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, chairs, beach toys, and towels are provided.
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom/kitchen. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee using the standard drip or Keurig coffee makers.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room on the first floor.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available, but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
