A premier community in Scenic 30A, guests can enjoy adventure-filled days exploring the rare coastal dunes, cruising along the lauded Timpoochee Trail, or relaxing on the sugar-sand beach. Guests will be enchanted by this pet-friendly home’s gorgeous indoor and outdoor living spaces and quick 2-minute access to the nearest beach!

Cheerful blue accents and chic beach décor mix with elegant fixtures and furnishing inside this tasteful home. Natural light shines off the beautiful hardwood floors and highlights the glamorous coffered ceiling in the open-concept great room, which offers ample space to relax with family and friends. The soft, spacious sectional couch entices guests to gather for a movie night on the 55" TV. Epicureans will delight upon seeing the white marble countertops and Samsung appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Prepare an evening meal to share at the traditional dining table that seats up to 6 with a mix of chairs and bench seating, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Out the back door awaits a screened-in porch with a Weber propane grill and 2 chairs—the perfect spot to spend a laid-back afternoon barbecuing the catch of the day!

To access Blue Mountain Beach, take Ashley Lane north to Cabana Trail and turn left. Then, take a right to stay on Cabana Trail until reaching Matt's Way and turn left onto County Highway 30A. Excellent Hime

Property was very clean. Cleanest of any home we have stayed in ever. Definitely a newer home but nicely decorated and clean. Great place, location, and neighborhood. AC unit rattles through the return air opening and needs looked at, some stains on the rugs, etc, but very nice overall. Golf cart was very nice as well! Would stay again!
