This is a newly renovated Gulf front condo situated in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach, Florida and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. Relax on the private, walk~out patio with an ice cold beverage and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever experience. This charming retreat is the perfect spot for a couple or a small family but if you are vacationing with another group and need extra space you may also rent Unit 1A, the unit conveniently located above Unit 1B.

Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside. Enjoy a delicious Ice Cream from nearby family owned and run Blue Mountain Beach Creamery or traditional Irish fare at Johnny McTighe’s Irish Pub. Both are within walking distance of this vacation home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved being right on the beach and the sound of the waves. We loved being on the first floor with a patio to watch the sunset and sunrise. A beautiful view every day, all day! Also, the accessibility to restaurants and shopping is awesome!

This is our second stay here because of location and view. We will stay at another place next time. With the exception of the ceiling fan, the home is clean but could use some sprucing up. For the money you pay, they should be able to replace furnishings and things as needed.

Breath Taking

Love the location of this property. Amazing views and beautiful condo layout/decor. Both ceiling fans and the furniture in the living were dirty and probably need replacing soon from normal wear and tear from vacationers. Other than that, this place is amazing. We’d stay here again even with those minor flaws.

It would have liked to be informed about the construction Bridge connecting blue mountain to Grayson Beach was completely closed Down and had to take long way around. Places sss great. Please inform especially people Who want to bike ride.

Good location-needs some updates

Location of this condo was great-beachfront and walkable to blue mountain creamery, bakery, and red fish taco. Shower was good. Loved that two beach chairs and an umbrella were included and set up on the beach for us everyday. Nice kitchen and easy parking. It seemed like the unit’s AC couldn’t keep up-the condo was cool but had high humidity inside. Every time I sat on the couch I felt wet when I got up. We were very conscious of closing the outside doors but it didn’t matter or help the humidity inside. The furniture could use an update. Plenty of extra pillows were provided but no extra pillowcases. The bathroom fan needs to be replaced-it was so loud.

Great Location but furnishing could use an update

We love the convenience of Blue Mountain Beach. So easy to get to with no major traffic issues. This property gave us everything we needed. Easy beach access, beautiful beach/water view, chair service, etc…. Our only thoughts are the furnishings could use an update. The couch and chair in the living room were soiled. We simply covered them with sheets but would think you shouldn’t have to do that when you are paying the fair market rate per night to rent a place. The bed mattress was soiled as well. However, we did not notice that until we stripped the bed upon departure. Probably should consider a new mattress and plastic liner. Parking wasn't a problem for us because we only had 1 vehicle. If you party will have more than one vehicle keep in mind there is only one designated parking spot for this unit. Upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy at times. I would not let the few negative comments keep you from renting this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe the owner will consider these few updates. If not, you will still love being on the beach!!! Safe travels.

Amazing view!

The view and proximity to the beach is amazing but that is where it ends. The glass in the sliding glass door was cracked which covered half of the view. The amount of noise from the upstairs neighbors is over the top. There were three sets of families while we were there and it was so noisy. This building is clearly not built well. I was a little grossed out at the dirty grout lines in the bathroom. They were mostly black when you could see in some spots, it was originally white. I definitely won't go back to this unit.

best condo unit in the complex

This unit is the best situated for view and privacy. no one walks in front of this ground floor unit as it is on the east end. It is very clean and well stocked for cooking. The beds are comfortable. This complex is located central to many services such as food and shopping. Publix is less than a five minute drive. 2023 will be our third yearly rental in a row.
