Professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A, this designer condo offers modern comfort and coastal charm just a minute’s walk to the beach, WaterColor Beach Club, nature trails, and dune lakes.

You’ll love having 2 adult bikes included, and up to 5 amenity wristbands (required for guests age 5+), giving full access to all of WaterColor’s resort amenities. Children 5 and under are free.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This 2-story condo is located in WaterColor less than a minute walk to the beach, shops, and the WaterColor Beach Club. On the first floor, the home offers a primary bedroom with a King bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a porch. There is a large primary bath with double vanity, tub, and a separate shower featuring new stone, tile, countertops, flooring and faucets. The guest bedroom has a two twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and renovated full bath with tub and shower. There is also a small cutout under the stairs with a twin bed for the little ones to sleep. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor.

On the second floor, the sun-drenched living space opens to a porch that is great for people watching. The family room provides a casual spot to relax. View your favorite programs or movies on services like Netflix on the” Smart HD flat-screen TV. The entertainment system also comes with a DVD player and a Sonos Arc SL Premium Surround Sound System so you can listen to your music from your phone via Bluetooth. The kitchen has new granite countertops and tile backsplash and is fully equipped with a new refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, stainless oven, microwave, and glass-front cabinets. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a table that comfortably seats 6. There is also a newly renovated private half bath on the second floor for your convenience.

Great location

Loved being so close and accessible to the pool and the beach. Pretty decor and nice appliances with all the things needed in the kitchen to cook and entertain with.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable for four adults and one four year old even though one bedroom has double beds. It would be great for a couple with two or three children. Very clean and updated. Love the half bathroom upstairs so you don't have to go downstairs to the bathroom. Beach umbrellas and chairs provided and an easy five minute walk to the beach. Ping pong table was a fun add. The only negative was the 9:00 AM checkout. Did not know this when we made our plane reservations and our flight wasn't until 4:00. I requested 10:00 AM and it was allowed. We will definitely return.

Beautiful & Bright!!

Beautiful, bright condo in the heart of everything! Great location - easy walk to the pool, beach and Seaside town square. We enjoyed the second floor patio and the layout of the condo. Bathrooms were beautiful! We also enjoyed the bikes that come with the rental. We can’t wait to come back again next year! I would definitely rent this unit again. The only small drawback could be the stairs - which are a little steep and might not be a great fit for small children or older folks. They didn’t bother us tho!

The convenience to the beach and beach club can’t be beat. They supplied a lot of towels which was nice for a week long stay. I know the condo doesn’t supply any of the beach gear, such as chairs and umbrellas, but you can use whatever is there. I wish I knew there were already numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards because we brought all of that stuff but didn’t need to. That would have freed up a lot of space in our car coming! Overall, it’s a beautiful unit and I would absolutely stay here again!

Family beach trip
