This little oasis is complete with a kitchenette, sofa bed, full bathroom and a back porch ideal for storing beach and pool toys. It also matches it’s ‘big brother’ with an attractive nautical decor scheme and travertine tile floors.

We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
