Beach Bungalow 101 is an enchanted 2 bed/2.5 bath patioed home is the perfect balance: close enough to 30A to get to the beach, dozens of dining options, and an itinerary of local events within minutes, yet just secluded enough to still have unbelievably quiet nights and the privacy you and your family deserve. The Bungalows at Seagrove boasts two community pools and a large hot tub just moments from all the excitement of Scenic 30A!

When the mood strikes for adventure, Beach Bungalow 101 is centrally located between The Hub and the famous Seaside festivities. Whether you’re coming to explore or just hide away, this home will be the perfect end to each day!

Beach Access Across from Café Thirty-A
A new regional beach access is underway directly across from Café Thirty-A. Once complete, it will feature parking for vehicles, LSVs, and bikes, a large restroom facility, a handicap-accessible dune walkover, and connection to the multi-use path. Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2024.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Your stay at Beach Bungalow 101 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! One ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Clean and worry free!

Our stay was very relaxing and worry free. The property had their very care packages that had your basic essentials for washing clothes and shower amenities. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great location/Cute Bungalows

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the bungalows. The location could not be better. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is great. However, this bungalow needs to remove the carpet upstairs. It also needs a visit from the exterminator. Overall, the quality of the bungalow is good and I location is great too. The rental company communicated throughout our entire stay until it was time to leave. We did not get any check out instructions. We just went with what we had done in years past.

Disappointed with management

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a second stay at the Bungalows. The first was with a different management company and was so perfect we decided on another visit which will be our last with Benchmark. The necessities for the stay were at a very minimal, even the toilet paper was very sparse. We had lots of bed pillows but no pillowcases to put on them. The kitchen sink had no hot water so when we used the dishwasher, the dishes were still dirty. I called the office and informed them but asked that they deal with it after our stay. The air intakes were covered with dust that could easily be cleaned. I was disappointed overall but believe it is the management and not the property itself.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property. The location is great! For the price you can’t beat it. It has all the things you need in a beach house, and the pool at this complex is amazing, especially for little kids.We were very upset about the cleanliness of the bungalow. Our feet and my baby’s knees and hands were black after walking on the floors. The majority of the dishes, including pans, coffee mugs, plates and silverware had food residue on them. The last thing I wanted to do to start my vacation was clean dishes that weren’t mine. The coffee pot was broken, and the master bathroom had a musty smell to it.I did call the phone number provided to us, and while they were not friendly to speak with, they did bring us a new coffee pot. I’m not sure if they came to clean the floors or if the black stopped because of the work I did. If the cleaning service of this place could improve, this place would be great!

Restful Beach Getaway

The Beach Bungalow was well equipped with needed kitchen supplies and linens. Easy 5 min walk to beach. There are steps from beach access to beach area if you have children or a beach cart. Many local restaurants to choose from, and easy drove to Publix for groceries.

Overall I would NOT recommend this property. Location is further to the beach than listed, overall property is in worse condition than pictured. Tried to contact rental company and was dismissed. The shutters were broken and slammed against the home all night long.

Furniture is dirty Beach access is a nightmare, one million stair steps and you only get a tiny part of the beach because you are surrounded on both sides with private beaches. Cute but access tricky

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a cute rental. The complex is so compact that it isn’t easy to get to this unit. There isn’t any parking close to the unit for unloading luggage or groceries without parking in the street. There was a very bad leak in the kitchen while we were there and the unit smelled very musty. We reported the leak and different individuals came and assessed but nothing was done to fix it during our stay.

There was plenty of room for our family of five. For future renters it would be wise to bring everything you might need in the kitchen because what is given is not the greatest quality. You will need to bring your own hand soap, dish wand/rag, extra toilet paper, coffee filters, and a few other essentials that I wasn't aware of. The only other downside of the house (and was not their fault) was access to the beach. The walk was fairly long and the beach access that is closest to us was crammed in between two private beaches so you are really tight on space. It is almost laughable because the private beaches next to you are vast and hardly used and the public beach you have to use is overwhelmed.Again, this is said to give someone a heads up. The house itself is solid and we really enjoyed using it.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Bubgalows before, and it’s a great community and an easy walk to the beach. We love Seagrove Beach because of its relative location to many fun places on 30-A. The location of this particular bungalow is great, because it’s right on Somerset Bridge Rd, so it was easy access with our bikes or when we were walking. However, while this bungalow is fine... it’s time for a fresh coat of paint indoors and out. And a deep cleaning. And new couch slip covers. And for the carpet to be replaced with tile. And a new washing machine. And renter beware: In all the rentals I’ve ever stayed in, there have been basic spices, foil, etc. left behind to share. There was not even a grain of salt in the kitchen. On the upside, there was a good supply of dishes, appliances, and utensils. If you’re going to cook at all, bring or buy everything you will need.

Bungalow 101

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Seaside was very pleasant. We had great neighbors who were quiet and the beach was so close! We rented bikes from the closest bike rental and they were able to find our place and drop of the bike no problem. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition (although in March the pools were cold). The place was just what we needed. It was right next to a gated community and some condos. The condo people were a little rowdy at night on golf carts but we were there during Spring Break. (The bungalow is on the main road. It was still a nice location!) It wasn’t to small but wasn’t to big. The place was clean and had plenty of pillows. Our selling point was the closeness to a public beach and the bikeability! We biked with 2 kids, a grandma and ourselves all over and it was never to far. Great stay!
