Excellent location!

We loved our stay at Memory Maker. The house is clean and functional, the location to the pool and beach access is wonderful. The only negative about the beach is that it is a very small section of beach we are allowed on due to private beaches on either side. The section of beach that we were allotted was very small and crowded.

Robinson Vacation

The house and location was great! I would suggest a broom in the kitchen area for clean up and the beds were a little firm. But overall my family had a wonderful vacation in the memory maker.

Lovely home with ideal location!

We traveled with 3 families in total. Four adults and 6 teens 13-20. It was absolutely perfect and spacious. We all had our own areas and plenty of bathrooms. Steps to the pool and beach access. I also loved the location being much quieter than Seaside (yet 10 minutes away) with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The management company is easy to communicate with too. I will definitely book again!

Fun family trip!

We had the best time with my family. The only issue was the dryer kept opening, so we had to restart it after each load. The home was absolutely perfect otherwise, the location is amazing, and we’ll definitely be rebooking this house!

Perfect Location on 30A

We loved our stay at Memory Maker! It was the perfect location on 30A. Close enough for biking and walking to coffee, ice cream, restaurants, yet out of the way from the spring break crowds down the road. The pool was just out the front door and the beach was a 2 min walk down a path. The house was wonderful. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms for 3 families. 3 large decks. Adults spent a lot of time on the top deck after days on the beach. 2 refrigerators were wonderful and needed!

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at the Memory Maker! House was perfect for two families with kids. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is right across the street which was great for the kids. The house was very clean and well equipped. We loved all the porches! Will definitely rent again!

Great home with great space

Overall the property was great. There are a few things I would mention to anyone who wants to stay. The house was beautiful and well maintained. Great patio areas and right next to the community pool. We had no complaints about the house itself. It was perfect for the amount of people we had and their was plenty of seating for meals and game nights. The beach however was not a close as we thought. Once you make your way down to the beach we put up our sunshade and was told that they were not allowed on the VERY CROWDED and small area that was considered "private". Instead, we had to walk about 6 properties down to a public area to put up our tent and have room to enjoy our time on the beach. This defeated the purpose of renting something that boasted that there was private access for the house. The parking situation is interesting considering the house sleeps 14. There is only enough space for two vehicles to fit comfortably and we had three families/cars plus a teenager coming straight from college to meet us. That was probably the most challenging part of our trip.

Beautiful home but beware of limited parking

Beautiful, well appointed home but for a five bedroom house that sleeps 14, you’d expect more than parking for two cars. Unfortunately, this is not listed anywhere on the listing and only found this out after we’d booked.

Great Stay - Clean / Friendly

The property was great, clean, good heat/AC. So overall great and would probably stay here again. Shortfalls: 1) We tried to get the alarm code and property manager said they'd email it to me (at my request) but they never did. 2) only 1 trash bag in the house so for the price we thought that was a little cheap to not have 4 or 5 trash bags in the kitchen or 1 per day at least and 3) no bikes/beach amenities. On #3, it was noted there were no bikes which was fine, but said we would receive a credit at a local store, which was fine also, but for a 4 night stay when I priced it out I couldn't even rent bikes for a family of 5 for 3 hours so basically the credit wasn't worth while unless you wanted to spend a lot of additional money each day. Again, clean place, great location, friendly location, and would probably stay again

Family Vacation at Memory Maker

We enjoyed our entire time at Memory Maker. It was perfect for us, our children and grandchildren. The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beach was so close and the pool was just steps from the house. The kids enjoyed eating out on the porch and having their own space on the first floor. We hope to return to this wonderful home for vacation in the future.
