Tan bueno y servicial como siempre.
Excelente atención, a pesar que a la llegada nos ubicaron en una habitación muy cercana a una fiesta de matrimonio (tenemos una niña de 1 año) y corriamos el riesgo de pasar una muy mala noche, nos reubicaron en otra habitación (bastante más pequeña) teniamos reserva en suite deluxe. Sin embago hicieron un gran trabajo en ayudarnos a tener una muy buena experiencia. El único punto de mejora es el cafe (deja mucho que desear).

Worst stay i had in my entire life anywhere in the world. This place really hates foreigners. The staff is rude and mean. First of all they charged me a 300 000 tax once my colombian wife arrived later in the day (2 night stay ). Staff at the pool wouldnt let us use the available beach bed while locals where using all the others ones cause they said it might be raining soon ( clear sky without a single cloud ) Pool was closed !!! Then... They told us it was karaoke night at the resort bar and then we got REFUSED entry cause they said " there is too many people ". It wasnt even full and some people were living as we arrived and they still didnt let us in. Couldnt use spa either or get a massage cause their spa service was fully booked for the 3 days we were there. For an hotel that expensive they should be totally ashamed of the service this hotel has given me. DISGUSTING

Es un hotel con todas las comodidades, el trato es bien amable. Especialmente Ignacio quien nos atendió en el área de las piscinas de manera muy atenta, estuvo siempre muy pendiente si necesitábamos alguna cosa adicional. El Zuana está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y como a 30 minutos del pueblo de Santa Marta que bien vale la pena ir a visitarlo. El hotel cuenta con Una Agencia de Viajes que coordina los traslados al aeropuerto y distintos Tours. Tomamos uno que se llama Katanaran tour, el cual no tiene el nivel del hotel, se suponía que salia a las 6:30pm del embarcadero de Rodadero, terminó zarpando a las 6:55pm, porque estaban esperando el hielo para las bebidas, luego hace una parada en una playa llamada Inca Inca, con un show de baile excelente, sin embargo, en los baños no había agua y no había hielo para las bebidas, si esperan un grupo nutrido de personas, toda esa logística tien que estar coordinada, en resumen NO escojan ese tour, no está a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de esa categoría, nadie se hace responsable de las quejas De resto, la estadía fue muy placentera,el Zuana permite quedarse sin necesidad de salir ni a la esquina porque cuenta con muchísimas opciones de diversión y esparcimiento.

The staff are all excellant and hard working, but something just isnt right with service. You have to wait ages to catch a waiter then it takes forever for the drinks etc to arrive. They also have a stupid system where they take your order and room no then sometime through out the day you get the bill to sign.

The Hotel Zuana Beach Resort provides all the guarantees of security in the room and different areas for guests and members during their stay, among which is the use of the security box, external security personnel through the company VIGINORTE LTDA in different specific points of the facilities and constant training for employees, where commitment, responsibility and honesty in work are highlighted. for which reason we are surprised that accusations of this type.

Good hotel on the beach, large rooms, good pools, we had a corner ocean front suite with great views to the beach and mountains, two balconies. Missing kitchen towels, paper tissues, face towels and coffee (you can buy it at their mini market), also they don't have courtesy bottles of water.

Podría ser mejor
Es muy buen resort, la relación precio-beneficio no es buena, el valor de la noche es ALTÍSIMO en comparación con otros por ejemplo en Cancún Mexico. Pagué mucho por cada noche y solo incluía el desayuno (esto si lo sabía previamente), sin embargo no había ninguna cortesía como agua gratis, me cobraron hasta el cubrebocas y un día decidí tomar el almuerzo en el resort y resultó CARÍSIMO en comparación con otros restaurantes cercanos (centro comercial Zazue)

Location is great. We got family suite tbrough expedia and they sent us to one of the oldeat suites of the complex. We were disappointed with the room assignment.
