The location is truly prime:
Just a few minutes away is the Zazue Shopping Center, a modern complex with supermarkets, clothing stores, cafes, restaurants, and shops to meet all your needs. Inside the same shopping center, there’s a Carulla with high-quality products to make stocking up easy.

You’ll also find a D1 nearby (a 7-minute drive) and an Olímpica about 8 minutes from the condo.

For your convenience, we have a trusted delivery service that can help you with shopping or deliver items directly to your apartment during your stay.

And one of the biggest draws: the condo’s beach, considered one of the quietest, cleanest, and most pleasant in the area. Its serene atmosphere and gentle waves make it an ideal place to relax, take a walk at sunset, or enjoy the ocean in a safe and exclusive setting.
