Staff was super friendly and provided recommendations of nearby places to eat. The hotel room itself was nice however there were a few spots on the floor I noticed some broken glass (or something similar) which I luckily noticed before stepping on.

Close to the cruise terminal - approx 10 min walk. Very clean.

Great hotel and very comfy and cozy vibes. The rooftop has amazing views. It’s perfect location to shopping areas, parks, metro, restaurants and grocery shops. They also have a nice shared kitchen! The bed was a little small for my partner and I but jt was comfy nonetheless. The bathroom was great and clean. Shower had great temperature and pressure. And the AC was awesome! We had a great stay!

Staff excellent, balcony tiny but usefull. Room fantastic. Breafast great...worth the money...my only gripe were the eggs and bacon cold every morning. There's a small grocery store close by at end of street for wine, cheeses snacks at reasonable pricing for your in-room fridge. The area looked sketchy at first but very safe. Tomas at front desk recommended a local restaurant it was fantastic o'toxo trespassed hermanos

While the location was perfect , everything else about this stay left much to be desired. Towels were dirty, staff was nowhere to be found ever, and the bathrooms STINK horribly. We were left waiting outside for 10 minutes because the staff wouldn't open the main door when we rang - even though they said someone would be there 24/7 to open the door. It is also LOUD. You can hear the people peeing in the bathroom next door through the walls. Way overpriced for what youre getting, but again the location is perfect.
