Family trip for Medieval Festival

Nice, clean with friendly staff Other than that, the only aspect that they should review is the lack of breakfast, that was “canceled during the pandemic that will remain indefinitely” They should also review their AC, because having a “bip” sound every 10 seconds (yes, I counted the space between them!) ALL night it’s kind of annoying, to say the least! Also had the unlucky to have a party (in the hostel?!) with LOUD music until 3am that you could hear in the room…

4/10 Poor

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
This property has been frailly recently updated and the beds, kitchenette and bathroom in our unit were good. What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Then the room maid didn't show up the first day of the stay and only half did the job the second. It could be a really nice place to stay if they had any sense of customer service. I'd say take your business somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Simpatia do Staff

The best place in town

Such a beautiful building! My room was lovely - I was able to take the elevator up with my heavy suitcase to the first floor, then relax in my gorgeous room with beautiful exposed beams and a view of Feira Castle. Super top staff, was very nice and friendly. I had dinner on the kitchen every night, even though it was winter - just lovely and clean place !!!
