Located on the preferred Elena St. in historic neighborhood, this 2/2 custom built adobe style bungalow is only an 8 minute walk to the Plaza, restaurants, shopping etc. Cove ceilings, big Vigas with plaster walls & saltillo floors... all convey the Santa Fe Vibe you're looking for. The residence comes with mini-split AC for individual room control. Great exterior patio with gas grill. Off street parking. King bed in master with queen in guest bedroom. Kitchen is fully outfitted. By Santa Fe Short Term Rules, all rentals must be for 7 nights.

Location, location, location!
Loved this property and location! Most comfortable/clean accommodations, lovingly decorated and beautifully furnished. Best part, however, was the location. Very short walk to the heart of downtown Plaza and Railyard district. Owner and property manager very responsive and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again when in Sante Fe.

The place was perfect for us. They had a little Christmas tree with lights and a few other decorations. That was a nice touch! Both rooms were very comfortable and maintained the southwest decor throughout! Would definitely recommend!

Nice Bungalow near everything
The bungalow was everything that was described in the write up. The location is near Whole Foods for groceries and several excellent restaurants. The driving out of town and uptown is very convenient. The walk to the Plaza is very easy. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were nice, the parking was good and the house was very comfortable.

Simply the Best!
I usually travel to Santa Fe once or twice every year, and for at least the past 15 years I have been using either VRBO or "the other site". Hands-down, this was the best unit I've ever had. It was absolutely perfect for two people, about a 11 minute walk to the plaza inconvenient to everything else, but still an extremely quiet neighborhood. Fresh linens, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need to cook, Britta water pitcher in the refrigerator, plenty of ice cubes in the freezer and a Roku television. I loved all of the art and rugs around the house, very tastefully and beautifully decorated without a lot of clutter. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this place and especially the property manager, Vivian. She was extremely helpful and quick on all of my questions (I had a lot of them!)
