  • Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off of the Old Pecos Trail, minutes from downtown, is this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Highlights include an open living, dining and kitchen area, a roomy master suite and two additional comfortable guest bedrooms with functionality for two couples or a family and friends group. Living room features vaulted beamed ceilings, reclaimed wood floors, cedar lined bancos and a wood burning fireplace creating additional warmth and festivity. All of this opens to a spacious outdoor area with a covered portal area for outdoor dining, pretty flower and herb borders and a large natural area for your children and pets to enjoy. The backyard is fully and safely enclosed, assuring that we are dog friendly! Our neighborhood is safe and quiet with nice walking and a community park right on the block. Views of the stunning New Mexico skies over the Sangre de Cristo foothills to the east. The Santa Fe Plaza is a pleasant 10 minute drive from town.

    The house is meticulously cleaned and maintained with a well equipped gourmet kitchen, crisp linens, plush towels etc., making your stay so comfortable you may be torn between exploring New Mexico or just relaxing at home!

Kitchen was perfect and many thoughtful items were available so we weren’t running to the store. Sunny, open floor plan and a perfect office for those who need to “check in” when out of the office. Loved the shady patio and birds, perennials, breezy pines. Both bathrooms were large and sunny. Would recommend this for anyone who prefers a spotless well-appointed home. Plan to return!!

House was so nice and clean. Layout was perfect for our family and the hosts had the house stocked with many things that we didn’t have to buy like detergent and yummy snacks. Customer service was so amazing. Very easy to work with. We are you going to try and reserve them again when we get back in town. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property

Our family including pet stayed for 6 weeks and had a fabulous time. The house was super comfortable and very well stocked for a longer stay. Our dog loved the fully fenced in yard. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes from almost any Santa Fe attraction yet quiet with a neighborhood park down the street. Sunsets from the park are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will be returning.

We love this house and this is the second time staying here. Comfortable… the king size bed is SO comfortable. It has everything you need and then some . They also allow us to bring our 4 small well behaved dogs . They told me that they love it too . Host is awesome . Texts back right away .I can’t say enough nice things about the host Melissa . She goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need . Nice flowers awaited us along with fresh ground coffee and a bottle of pink bubbly . Thanks to everyone Oh and some chips an salsa too

The House of Plenty...

There was plenty of room, plenty of back yard, plenty of supplies, plenty of great walking places! Plus, this is an ideal location for 'getting around' Santa Fe.

Relaxing

This property was inviting. It was the perfect place to relax. Close to all the sites in Santa Fe, it was easy to get around in the city. The fresh flowers and coffee made the house very welcoming!

Great house + location!

Our whole family loved the house and location. It's only a coupe miles to downtown Santa Fe with tons of great restaurants, art galleries, museums, etc. The large backyard was perfect for our 3 kids and dog to run around. The house has everything you'd need to explore and enjoy the area.
