Perfect House for a Quick Trip

We loved staying at this house. It was comfortable and more spacious than it looked from the outside. The location is close to everywhere we wanted to go, and it was an easy walk to the Farmer's Market.

Charming comfort

Well-appointed, clean, comfortable, and so conveniently located, Casa Preciosa was the perfect accommodation for our week-stay in Santa Fe. The soaker tub was a special treat.

Great Place to Stay!!!

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights. We walked everywhere from the VRBO. We ate at one of the restaurants recommended and it was great. The owners were easy to talk too. They left us a welcome basket that we were grateful. The condo was a great place to stay.

Very comfortable home in handy location

We enjoyed our stay at this property and found the location handy to downtown and easy access to major routes, outbound. Whole Foods & National Grocers were nearby. Communication with our host, Annette, was very good, though we had no issues with the home during our stay.

Santa Fe Getaway

This is a wonderful property in a great residential neighborhood. Beautiful two bedroom, 2 bath home. Quiet, we’ll designed and outfitted with on site parking. Super convenient location. Within walking distance to plaza, museums, shops and restaurants. Close to local hikes and walks. Easy access to highways and routes to Taos.

Adorable house, upscale amenities

My husband and I spent three nights here at this cute little house. Even though we never use the kitchen, we saw that it had very upscale KitchenAid appliances. We walked to town twice each day, .8 miles each way. Really nice neighborhood, with a wine shop nearby and Joseph’s culinary pub about a half a mile away. Two nice bedrooms, one amazingly huge bathroom and one additional nice bathroom.

need to fix a number of items in rooms.

The slider doors were not safe. Very easy to lock yourself in a room. Both showers are not safe. Need to install grab bars in both. Alarm system needs instructions for operation. Small bedroom could use a new mattress. 2 burners on kitchen stove did not work properly.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we couldn't have asked for a better location - close to everything and very quiet. Our host was very quick in responding when we had questions.

So many great things about the property - super clean unit, quiet neighborhood, more spacious than the pictures, really comfortable beds, upgrade kitchen appliances, big showers and a very close location to many places in Santa Fe. The house worked out perfect for my mom & I. Both of us agreed we would love to come back again!

Cozy and quaint

Very nice home for a couple or two couples. The home was very very clean. It was in a great location close to the plaza. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our stay here. We love Santa Fe and the location is good. Close enough for a walk downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well supplied to make your own meals and the master bathroom is very spacious.

The perfect spot for a family vacation! Walkable to the square and downtown Santa Fe. Beautiful space without too many decorations for my toddlers to get into. We will definitely be back!
