Wonderful stay in Santa Fe

Walking distance to the Plaza. Porch to take in sunrise. Clean property. Even though we didnt use the wood burning fireplace there was a campfire smell in the main living area. Overall enjoyed the stay and would reccomend the property.

Location, location, location!

My husband, adult child and I enjoyed our stay at Fort Marcy. Perfect location to walk to town to take in all the sites and amazing food in Santa Fe.Our unit was neat and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for chilly evenings.

Easy travel to mountain

The property was well maintained but we didn’t use the hot tub so not sure about that. This was perfectly located for our 2 days of snow skiing. I would rent this place again.

Very Clean & Neat! Great for Family gatherings.

We had a wonderful time at the cute and comfortable condo. It is a short drive or 15 min walk to the Plaza. We enjoyed all of the conveniences of home while feeling a world away in Santa Fe. Very, very clean!

Felt punitive

We received far too much communication in the form of emails and text messages. Before arrival, I was required to email a copy of my drivers license to management company and sign a long document outlining several steep penalties. We never really felt comfortable.

Excellent location

This is a lovely condo we didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub and it was a little cool when we were there but the home is lovely and well stocked for whatever you need blankets, dishes etc.

We love The Land of Enchantment and 30 Artist Road made it even more wonderful. The condo is excellent in every way and close to the action. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved our rooms - the kitchen was well stocked with the utensils we needed for making breakfast, and the view from our little porch was a great place to drink our coffee in the mornings! It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, and we would stay there again!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed watching the mountain views from our patio change with the weather and time of day. The only down side was that we had to drive to the plaza because the walk back was all up a hill and too far for us to walk later in the day or at night.

We stayed 5 days. The condo was clean and comfortable. Quite a lot of storage space. A nice seating area outside. Everything we needed to prepare meals, but a new toaster would be nice. The condo is a short drive but to far to walk from attractions. Convenient parking 5 stars. We would stay there again

Nice property

Great parking and convenient but we has to drive to get to the pool and hot tub. Pool was permanently closed and hot tub closed at 4pm. We picked the property to use hot tub in the evenings after skiing. We also had to drive our trash to a dumpster - not fun.

Great all round except for "non-existent" internet

The view was as depicted; the road not shown really had little noise. Neighbors were quiet. Walking distance to various sites included coming back uphill - a little intense for flat-landers. But my partner wanted to stay another week :)

Location of this condo was perfect for walking to Cross of the martyrs each morning to enjoy the sunrise at one of the best views in Santa Fe. One morning even took the path straight down for a quick walk to the plaza. Or you could just sit in the living room and enjoy another beautiful view out the front window. We spent our last evening relaxing at Ten Thousand Waves, then it was easy 10 minute drive back to our condo to enjoy Posa’s takeout around our cozy dining room table. All the best of Santa Fe.

Nice, but bring your own cookware

Location was good,nice views, pretty comfortable beds. Big problem was the pots & pans. They were all (but one stock pot) scratched up, peeling and scorched Teflon. Could not even use, which was a problem considering it was Thanksgiving. We enjoyed a white thanksgiving and the view was nice. (I had no communication with property manager, so the one star as only option )

Overall, good experience.

Overall, a great experience. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The beds were comfortable and the location was very good. Kitchen was well stocked with more than the usual appliances/pots/pans, etc. The pool was not in use, however. It also was a small indoor pool. Since I had searched for 1) pool 2) AC and 3) WIFI as my search options, it was a bit annoying to get there and have no pool. From previous reviews, I don’t think this is unusual. If the pool is not working, they should let guests know.

Nice home in good location

The details are well managed: clean throughout, new sofa, nice flooring, excellent master bedroom mattress, bedding, pillows. Good kitchen furnishings. As noted in other reviews: the road noise on the patio/view side is substantial; but not a deal breaker. It is a lovely view. The AC is very loud; on a hot day it can be a wonderful nuisance. The beds in the #2 bedroom should be replaced, they are really bad. I could sleep in them, but I can sleep almost anywhere. The location in relation to "Old Town" is not that bad. A fairly short uphill walk; plus being uphill you get nice views from the north side patio. We enjoyed our time there, 5 nights. We will consider staying there again in the future, probably not in summer. A 4 out of 5.

Nice condo in a great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, at the Fort Marcy compound up off Artist Rd., less than a mile from the Plaza or the base of Canyon Rd. Clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained 2 bed/2 bath. Small front patio with beautiful view. We chose this location over another for its seating - 6 chairs at dining room table, and the living room comfortably seats five. My only complaint about the interior is that the beds were firmer then we prefer, especially the king in the master, and I didn't sleep too well (though perhaps a firm bed is a positive aspect for other renters). I also thought the cleaning fee was excessive - probably just right if someone leaves a disaster behind, but unnecessarily high for those that don't. Firm bed and high cleaning fee aside, a great find, and I recommend it
