"Beautiful high floor apartment, comfy bed, kitchenette, good linen, great view, spacious bathroom. Everything we needed for a short stay. We were 'upgraded' to prestige on arrival, which was fine - i dont usually like staying in hotel blocks but it was out of season and quiet so was great. I had originally booked an apartment. Pools we didn't use but would have done if it had been rainy, we were lucky with the December weather! All the staff were warm and friendly, we had lunch in the cafeteria on arrival and enjoyed it very much. Would recommend, would stay again.

"We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was a fantastic choice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which had plenty of space and was perfect for us - the pictures are very accurate. It was a short walk to the main building, and then further to the beach, but the property is well maintained so it always felt like a pleasant stroll. The staff were all very friendly, housekeeping was very responsive when we needed anything, and the hotel even arranged for a very thoughtful recognition on my birthday - an unexpected surprise and very well received! I would be happy to stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay. The only problem we had during our stay was with an ant infestation in our room. We were moved to another room efficiently by the staff and then enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you for an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, Albufeira"
