Great location to everything 15 minutes to the boardwalk Walking distance, very big parking lot in case you come late at night, rooms very clean everything was great, definitely recommend it to stay .

The only thing I did not like was that the base of the beds were some kind of metal material and every time I walked by the bed I kicked it. It didn’t hurt but was really loud.

The hotel manager was very helpful and kind. The property is very clean inside and out. The latte machine was a plus and appreciated. It is a very short drive to the boardwalk. I felt safe in the area.

We regret to inform you that we were unable to check you in as you did not have a deposit on your card, and as per our motel policy, we require a deposit to be made on the card. Although your reservation was non-refundable, we authorized Expedia to refund you the amount you paid for your stay, which they have already refunded.We hope this clarifies the situation, and we apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused you. The pillows were awful. They were half the size of standard pillows & had no support whatsoever. Guests were loud & obnoxious well after 10pm.

Clean hotel, check-in was efficient and front desk staff was pleasant. A little noisy but that’s not avoidable because the hotel is on a main strip. Great value, room has a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Owner was kind enough to automatically assign us adjoining rooms without us requesting it. Will stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised that there was a refrigerator in the room. The facility and room was clean and well maintained, the check-in person was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing in the room was a closet or rack to hang clothes.

My room was modern, clean and the staff were very friendly. Andy (at the front desk) even arranged a late check out for me so I could go on another bicycle ride before leaving town. A very nice property especially considering the low room rate.

Property was ok. Fairly spartan and stark. Interior hallways transmitted a lot of noise. Shutters in room didn’t adequately block out the light. Same for front door which did t seal well lets light in. Bed was comfortable but they used small square pillows rather than standard or king pillows. They were awkward to sleep on. Grinds could be dressed up by removing weeds and putting plants in all the planters.

We stayed on the same night as the guest that left a nasty review. The rooms were amazing. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Hiten was friendly, and super accommodating. The atmosphere and vibe are phenominal. I will defiantly stay here whenever i come to visit!
