Two family rooms to spend time with family and friends. Step into the garage and game away with Pool & Foosball Table, perfect for your entertainment. Enjoy the outdoor patio for grilling with two cozy lounge wick chairs and your own private hot tub! Highly desirable area for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Close to hiking, biking, horseback and ATV trails! World famous rock climbing and repelling close by. Next door to the Tuacahn Amphitheater "Broadway in the Desert", and VIEWS of the Majestic Red and White Sandstone Mountains surrounding the St. George area AND so much more! We had a very nice stay. Very clean and pleasant. It had everything that we needed. It was very hot while we were there and the air conditioner worked great!It was very quiet, noise did not carry from the neighbors. It is right by a busy street but the noise from the traffic did not seem to bother us. The beds were very comfortable. We like to travel with our dog so it was nice to have such a comfortable place that allowed dogs.

This townhouse was perfect for our needs.Great location for hiking & golfing. A great way to celebrate our 55 yr wedding anniversary!Spa, swimming pool & pickle ball court were nice amenities. This is definitely on our return list!

We were blown away how clean this place was from the minute we walked in the front door. It smelled clean all the surfaces were clean, the grill and the oven were perfectly clean, and the hot tub was clean.It was in a great location in Santa Clara that had a view of the sunset. It was close to grocery stores and gas stations. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy time in Southern Utah with grandparents. Plenty of space for 3 generations to be together. Very relaxing, enjoyable home base while hiking and exploring the area. Thank you! Will come again.

It was a great getaway for January to get a little warmer, my kids came to visit a weekend and loved the game room and hot tub, it was very clean and perfectly decorated and supplied with everything I needed. The street was pretty noisy but tolerable. Heather was great to communicate with.

This is easily the best VRBO property we've stayed in. The furnishings were nice and the pictures on the website accurately portrayed the unit. The price was reasonable. Heather responded to questions quickly. We rented the unit over Thanksgiving for family and had plenty of room to celebrate. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub on the patio and pool table and foosball table in the garage were welcome amenities.

Heather the host was great! Very quick to respond when we had questions. We were visiting St. George to spend time with family. This location was awesome. It’s very modern and clean and close to shopping and an excellent gym. We will stay again!

Moon Sage was the perfect place to stay for a quick overnight golf trip. It was super clean and very nice. The hot tub and pool table made for a relaxing evening. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip down.

For our family of 5, this place was perfect. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do while in the area. We biked a lot, and trails were nearby. Good food was close and plentiful. And the views around were beautiful. We loved using the grill and just relaxing in the chairs out back. And having a hot tub was perfect for those chilly nights. The place itself was beautiful, well kept, and had nice little touches throughout. We plan on visiting again next year and would love to stay here again!

Decor was fitting for location. Majority of stay very nice. Bathroom vents could use cleaning. Actual hand soap in all bathrooms. Able to use grill once before propane ran out. Ran out of dishwasher detergent. Overall, felt price didn't equate to what we received.

This town home is beautiful. Very nicely decorated yet still comfortable and homey feeling. The hot tub and billiards all add a nice touch. You can tell a lot of thought went into everything. The beds were very comfortable; although quite high, making it difficult for my 70 year old mother to get into. The neighborhood was good and centrally located for our needs, but during our stay they started construction across the street by Lammy’s which woke us up @6:50 on weekdays, including the Presidents’ Day holiday. This was a bummer but beyond anyone’s control. Once the construction is complete, I don’t see noise being an issue other than your typical road noise. We would start here again!
