The shuttle will NOT pick you up at the airport. I emailed a few days ahead- no answer. Then I called from the airport when I arrived. They gave me some silly excuse- the shuttle is closed/broken. I had to pay $300 pesos for a cab, which was insane as the hotel is about 100 metera from the airport ...
