Kommste heut nicht, kommste morgen oder nicht

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Oasis Surf Camp übernachtet. Wir haben ein Dorm für 6 Personen für uns alleine gehabt, direkt am Strand. Das Licht im Bad funktionierte nicht, wurde aber direkt repariert, als wir darauf hingewiesen haben. Insgesamt war soweit alles okay, allerdings muss man darauf achten, dass man um das Camp zu erreichen durch einen Wasserzulauf waten muss, je nach Gezeiten ist das eine mehr oder weniger nasse Angelegenheit. Mit dem Auto kommt man bei Flut nicht hindurch. Das wäre kein Problem gewesen, wenn man uns nicht erst nach dreimaliger Nachfrage am ersten Abend gesagt hätte, dass das Restaurant des Camps spontan geschlossen bleibt. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns zugesichert, dass das Restaurant abends geöffnet hätte, aber spontan hatte dann auch wieder keiner Lust zu arbeiten. Und das bei voller Belegung des Camps! Einer der Angestellten war dann so nett und ist im Dunklen zum Restaurant auf der anderen Seite geschwommen um uns was zu essen und zu trinken zu besorgen. Dafür auf jeden Fall Daumen hoch!

Chill, laid back beach cabins

We stayed in one of the larger cabins and had a wonderful, laid back Panama beach stay! We loved our cottage, being on the beach, relaxing in our hammocks on the porch, and chatting with the lovely waiter when we had our meals. The meals were great, too! This is a fun, relaxing place to stay when you just want to kick back and live on a beach! Can't wait to stay longer next time!
