  • New addition. Mountain views from this attached studio (no shared walls).
    This is the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. We look forward to hosting you!
    Our favorite part about this location is the tranquil setting and being able to walk out the door for a quick walk or hike. Within a mile you have: Westmont College, Lotusland or Parma Park (great hiking).

Studio in Montecito

Studio needs some general cleaning/dusting of appliances, cabinets, etc. but everything works properly and hosts are very easy to communicate with. Nice space in the mountains and easy to get around Santa Barbara. Thanks for the stay.

The studio was exactly as advertised, but access to the loft like bed area was somewhat difficult for my husband. It’s a small area and you cannot stand in it. However the studio had everything we needed including a nice bathroom and shower and a fully functional kitchen area. The view outside was wonderful.

Our stay was nice. However we dealt with spiders and bugs while we stayed. I mean I get we are in the mountains but I feel like the area should be strayed for things like that.

The area was beautiful and quiet. However, I booked it for 3 people and was told by owner there was only a couch for the third guest. Despite the owner's knowledge no extra linens, towels or even garbage bags were provided. There were so many rules about being quiet that made us paranoid about speaking at all. On a property with a huge yard, we were only allowed on Adirondack chairs in front of the flat. If you have almost $300 to spend go to a hotel where you can speak freely and above amenities will be provided.

The flat is located in a charming place. You see the mountains thru the window. The place was clean. The host left for us a bottle of very good local wine. He reacted very quickly to all our questions Kitchen is well equipped for 2 persons( as it was described in Vrbo)Rather not recommended for obese people. Would love to come again

Amazing location and view

We were visiting our daughter at Westmont College and the location of this studio was perfect. The view that greets you our the front door is amazing. The owners were on site and very accommodating and really went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay after some very minor issues at the outset. Above and beyond for sure. We didn’t spend much time there as we were tooling around town with our daughter, but it served our purpose for location and comfort.
