We are known as the 'Worlds safest Beach'. Just 12 miles South of Santa Barbara and 90 miles North of LA. A winning combination of location, quality and price!

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location and communication

Our recent stay at Mark's property was probably the best VRBO experience we have had. The property better than listed and Mark was extra helpful with local suggestions. The area was quiet and right next to the beach and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was also great to have reasonable check in and check out times. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

The lovely duplex was perfect for us. We cooked meals, took long beach walks and shopped in Carpenterias Main Street. All within walking distance. A lovely place for a recharge and rest. .

Nice week in Carp

We chose this place most for price and location to the beach. It was adequate for our needs, just my wife and I. If you can't climb stairs every time you need to use the restroom, you might struggle a bit. Other that that it worked well.

Charming Carpinteria

Awesome Location, perfect spot for a couple!

Mark’s Carpinteria condo was exactly what we needed. A clean, quiet and comfortable home base while we visited Carpinteria and explored the area. Close to Ventura, Santa Barbara, and under an hour from endless hiking trails with amazing views and gorgeous beaches. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we’re both quite picky). Mark was responsive and available, should we have needed anything, and there’s a wonderful beach and walking path under two blocks away. We plan to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Great location.

This unit is located 3 mins from the beach by foot. Quiet neighborhood, it doesn't get much better for your buck. They had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Carpinteria Off Season Stay

My wife and I had a great week long stay at this neat and comfortable condo. Great walkable location for beach, groceries and restaurants. From beginning to end, very clear and easy to follow instructions with pictures and screen shots, good usable kitchen and bathroom, plug in fans, good WiFi, and Mark was very available for help and questions if needed.

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay. This condo is in the perfect location, one block to the sand and a short walk into town. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or family of 3. It has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Mark was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this place.

Carpinteria Gem

The property was ideally located a hop skip and jump from the beach. Close to all amenities and the unit is well maintained and clean. Correspondence from the owner was unmatched and on point. We wanted for nothingand we most definitely recommend this gem for ypur next Carpinteria getaway.

Quiet, comfortable, great location!

I was in Carpinteria for work and stayed in this quiet, comfortable place for three nights. It has everything you'd want, including a full kitchen. I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. I'd definitely stay here again!

Delightful escape

The property was ideally situated to easily walk to the beach for morning strolls, all day lounging, and romantic sunset viewing. The chairs and umbrellas were easy to carry, in good condition, and comfortable to use on the beach all day. Mark was wonderful in his communication, especially involving things outside his control such as grid maintenance on one of the days. I felt like we had all the information to be prepared, comfortable, and a very supported-level self sufficient during our stay. The king sized bed was wonderful and I really appreciated the decent quality pillows. When we return to this area there is no question of where we will stay because I would absolutely plan our trip around this property’s availability.
