Hotel was in a good location. Room was tidy and comfortable. Staff were helpful and informative.

Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.

Very very close to San Marco square and easily walkable to many attractions nearby. Staff was 12/10 always friendly and doing the extra mile in terms of service and room details. Only cons were the mattresses being very hard and that the streets were loud from the room, at night when shops were closing, as well as the bell tower ringing at 12pm and 7am, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Nice room albeit very warm even for winter and u cannot regulate temperature. Good breakfast. Lovely spot!!!!
