Sheets were dirty. It was an ok experience

Location was great…near everywhere. Staff and amenities were excellent but I wish the rooms could’ve been cleaner especially the floors. A thorough mopping would do wonders in lieu a casual vacuum.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and every time it’s been wonderful! The location is superb. It’s close to everything. The staff is amazing with giving directions and recommendations.

Review: Misleading listing and lack of transparency The room itself was fine for the price and cleanliness was not an issue, but several important details were misleading or not disclosed upfront. The listing stated that laundry facilities were available on site. After booking, I was told that guests are not allowed to use the laundry themselves and instead must pay staff to do it for them at a cost far higher than a nearby coin laundromat. When I asked directly if there was a laundromat next door, staff repeatedly pushed their paid service instead and would not provide the information. I later discovered there is a laundromat right next door. I travel light and book accommodations specifically with laundry access in mind, so this was a significant issue. There were also racks of laundry hanging in common areas, suggesting no dryer, which is inconvenient when staying only a few days. Additionally, when we arrived, the lock on our door did not work. We were told it would be fixed the next morning, but we had an early tour booked and did not feel comfortable leaving our belongings unsecured in a hostel. Someone eventually fixed the door for us, and the staff member who helped was very kind — this was not her fault — but the situation itself was stressful. The TV did not work, and air conditioning required an additional charge, which was not clearly disclosed in advance.
