Super breakfast : many different type of food , not many people at the pool , close to beach , cleaning every day but You see that best years was long time ago

Basic but clean

Room was very clean with fresh linen and towels provided daily. Room was far too hot, almost like a sauna and the fan provided did little to help. There was also a constant vibration/ drilling type noise every 2 mins constantly throughout the stay which did disturb sleep at times. However for a base it was ideal. The breakfast provided in the sister hotel was very basic and bland. It wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. Reception staff could also do with having more customer service training, as they would stand and have lengthly conversations and not acknowledge you standing waiting. They also weren’t very helpful or friendly and gave conflicting information when enquiring about a late check out. All in all I would return for a cheap base if there was nothing else available in the area.

Reception was not staffed when we areived in the early hours. Then we were sent over tonour room . It was musty but the beds were clean as was the bathroom . No air xon just a fan . No english tv no tea or coffee making . The wardrobe had mold in it but we were only there 2 days so lived out of the case. A balcony but it overlooked the back streets. Breakfast lots of choice but not an english breakfast. Not enough staff at breakfasr constant que for clean knives and replenishments . The coffee amchine always had an issue and the toaster was just a hot ring not very H &S . Pool was nice but not like the pics. The sunloungers all need a good scrub so you need a good towel to lie on no hamans and hardly any unbrellas . Near the sea and all the restaurants and shops so good location . Thw interior is old and needs some tlc . As it is an annex it seems to have been forgotten about . The breakfast is served in the sister hotel uo the street . This is also where tou book in .For the price paid it was what i expected . Town is lovely and near bus services . We spent our time on the beach and in the sea . Not much going on after 10 in the rown .

Couldn't fault the cleanliness of my room. It was spotless. The bed was comfy. Check in could have been better. There is no on site reception. You have to check in at the Playa Blanca along the road. The sign on the door telling you this is in spanish. I arrived at 4 in the morning, pouring rain. Got handed a key and pointed down the road. Solo female traveller letting myself into what felt like an abandoned hotel was very creepy. Used the Playa Blanca pool. Images of the owner everywhere. It's comical. Feels like the sets of Fawlty Towers and The Shining 😂 If nothing else i have some great stories for my friends wheni get home. Would stay again though. Nowhere else this cheap.

Ok....but

A decent hotel for the price – simple and basic, but it did the job. The biggest drawback was the absence of air conditioning; the room was extremely hot, like a sauna. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety

J’ai trouvé l’accueil très chaleureux et le personnel est très serviable, aimable et gentil. Je voulais juste rendre attentif, qu’il n’est pas indiqué sur le lieu que le Check-in se fait d’un endroit et qu’il est séparé en deux. Nous avons été surprises quand nous sommes arrivées mais cela n’a pas enlever la qualité de l’accueil.

Hôtel insalubre et trompeur

J’ai passé un séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel. La chambre était insalubre : murs tachés, salle de bain minuscule avec un sèche-cheveux hors service, balcon délabré. Le soi-disant lit double n’était en réalité que deux lits simples collés, très inconfortables. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, seulement un vieux ventilateur bruyant. En pleine journée, nous avons même subi une coupure d’électricité. Le petit-déjeuner inclus était extrêmement limité (uniquement du porc, sans alternative), et le réceptionniste s’est montré désagréable. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas aux standards annoncés. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement

Que dire… mise à part rajouter un avis négatif à la longue liste déjà existante. Les chambres puent les canalisations. La literie est sommaire. L’insonorisation est inexistante, une chaleur dans les chambres. Un ventilateur branché sur une multiprise. Vous branchez votre portable, la lumière se coupe. Cafards dans les escaliers. Pas cher mais vous savez pour quoi. Il ne restait que ça de dispo dans le coin mais sinon j’aurais du dormir dans la voiture. Le petit déjeuner, un conseil prenez les fruits frais et du pain. Le reste une d’une qualité médiocre. Pour vous faire gagner du temps, la réception se fait dans l’hôtel BJ PLAYA BANCA Bien placé sinon. Bonne chance et bon courage

À éviter!

Alors déjà je suis arrivé à l'hôtel personne à la reception et aucun document informant que la réception de l'hôtel était enfait dans un autre hôtel. Après 15min de recherche je suis enfin arrivé à la réception de l'hôtel et il n'y avait personne à la reception à nouveau... J'ai du attendre 1h pour que la réceptionniste arrive. Ensuite, pas de climation dans les chambres, seulement un ventilateur ancien qui fait du bruit donc c'est gênant pour la nuit. L'eau de la douche est tiède aucun moyen d'avoir de l'eau froide pour se rafraîchir. Le petit déjeuner il y a du choix mais tout est industriel et ils ne s'en cachent pas car ils déposent charcuterie et fromage dans leur emballage plastique d'origine. Le matelas était usé on pouvait sentir les ressorts à des endroits. Un matin je me suis même réveillé en voyant un gros cafard sur le mur. Bref je ne suis pas une personne exigeante mais quand même il y a des limites. Il y avait rien qui allait dans cet hôtel.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht gewesen. Schlecht war: - das Essen - die Zimmer - das Hotel insgesamt Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Im Zimmer gibt es 1 Steckdose über dem Bett sonst war alles belegt. Klima Anlage ist nicht vorhanden. Die Gardinen sind dreckig, Staub überall auf dem Boden bzw. Auf den vorhandenen Möbel. Balkon Möbel ebenfalls dreckig und teilweise beschädigt
