This cosy retreat for 3 is situated in a quiet pedestrian area of the historic centre of Sanremo (the \"City of Flowers\"), less than a minute\'s walk from the charming Piazza San Siro. The perfect base for exploring on foot, guests can easily reach the beach, Teatro Ariston Sanremo, Porto Vecchio, the Civic Museum and Casino of Sanremo in between 5-10 minutes.

Arranged on the 2nd floor of a historic building (no lift), this charming apartment is the ideal choice for couples or small groups seeking an authentic stay in the heart of this vibrant city.

Guests can easily reach the beach, Porto Vecchio, the Museo Civico di Sanremo, and the Casino of Sanremo in between 5-10 minutes on foot. Other historic landmarks, including La Pigna di Sanremo, Fontana Artistica Monumentale dei Giardini Regina Elena, Anfiteatro San Costanzo, Porticato Della Pigna, and many others within a walking distance of 7-8 minutes.

Eine herrliche italienische Altstadtwohnung. Man fühlt sich mittendrin im Trubel, im italienischem Lebensstil. Auch die Kochkünste der Nachbarn bleiben einem nicht verborgen! Italienischer und quasi wie die einheimischen kann man nicht wohnen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Trotz der doch recht hohen Außentemperaturen war es in der Wohnung dank Deckenventilator angenehm temperiert. Die Geschäfte unten in der engen Strasse schließen teilweise erst Mitternacht. Es ist immer was los, da es eine Fußgänger-Einfallstrasse zur Altstadt ist (nicht die Pigna). Wir würde wieder kommen!
