"Indicazioni chiare e automatiche. Si vede una organizzazione ben strutturata, ma impersonale e piena di regole. Il frigorifero era staccato, e poi il check-in era alle 16.00 e il check-out alle 9.00. Mai visti orari così a comodità di chi ospita. Abbiamo passato una sola notte in una stanza pulita, semplice, ma non è pratica per passare un periodo più ampio. Difetti principali: una finestra sul terrazzino dell'appartamento accanto, quindi non apribile; e la seconda sulle macchine parcheggiate....

"Really nice and modern, yet cousy interior. Family atmosphere, great service! Such a lovely break from the anonymous standard touristic main hotels."

"Leider hat man kein WLAN in den Häusern, sondern nur an der Rezeption.Wir hatten Ameisen im Haus, das war nicht so toll.Und die Kommunikation mit dem Check-in Personal war nur auf Englisch möglich. Und die Lebensmittel im Supermarkt waren sauteuer.Deswegen überall ein Punkt Abzug!Ansonsten hatten die Kinder viel Spaß im Pool und am Spielplatz und wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen sehr wohl gefühlt. "We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...

"It was a nice stay for ski vacation. Cute wooden hause..Not far from ski resort. The host was very kind, check in was easy. The only thing we were missing was clean towels..we stayed there for 4days and only one big and one small towel for person is not enought, specially if we go to sauna or wirpool.."

"You need to book the lake view rooms! Walking onto the balcony at all hours to admire the lake was the star of the show, especially when there's a boat playing live music in the evening. The owner, Franz, was so helpful to my elderly Asian mom. Her English isn't the best, and she told me he was patient and informative. Parking is 18EUR, but that's standard in that small area. The city enforces it, so the neighboring hotels do it too. The bathrooms are clean and were cleaned everyday. With all our activities, we missed the dinner at the hotel that everyone raves about. There's a pizza restaurant down the street that we decent and stayed open late, but next time we're back, we'll need to try the hotel's dinner!"

"2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Its OK great location, Spa is excellent. I just don't get a friendly feel its a bit sterile. I went onto Garmish and within seconds i felt welcome, every member of the team smiling and being really welcoming and happy to help and offer advice. I didn't feel this at this hotel. Feedback would be to focus on customer service and interaction."
