"The location was stunning! The hotel lobby, pool, restaurant, loungers- were breathtaking. Our room was big enough for 10 people… we felt like superstars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the towels for the beach were so amazing, we bought two on our way out."
"Pleasantly surprised on check in. Both the living room and bedroom had terrific views of the sea and both accessed the large balcony via sliding doors. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were all good size. The beach was pretty nice with private loungers, and was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of East Shoal Bay beach which was amazing. The restaurant at Serenity was terrific as well. The best dinner we had in the East Shoal Bay Area was there. Breakfast was great too. Restaurant prices were not higher than any of the other nicer restaurants on the island, and happy hour had half off drinks. Jackie, who seems to do everything there (check in, bartender, server, etc), was very nice and professional. Definitely recommend as an alternative lodging to the resorts that are right on the heart of East Shoal Bay beach."
"Communication with the staff was great, friendly, helpful. The property is on the smaller side, which I loved. When I was there, I think I only saw a total of 6 other guests. I had the pool to myself each night, which was truly lovely...but I am sure it is more crowded during other parts of the season. The room was clean and fresh, with AC that functioned marvelously. The studio I was in was on the third floor with a great balcony, high ceilings, lounge space, mini fridge/toaster/micro and coffee pot, etc. Bed and pillows were super comfy and clean, plenty of towels, too. Bonus was being able to do a load of laundry right outside my room door. Perhaps the best thing was walking past out the back gate to the path/trail that leads you to a gorgeous beach and access to the fancy resort next door. Fountain has no restaurant or food items for sale, so if you don't have a car bring some things with you (snacks, drinks). The place next door is pricey but has restaurants & a boutique. A couple minutes walk down the beach are few places to dine/drink and lounge. Improvements that would make a difference for guests: If the Fountain office sells just a few convenience items (chips, cookies, candy, pelligrino or sodas. One shelf with a couple baskets of these things). I didn't feel safe on the path after dark. The toaster and coffee maker are all on a tall shelf making it hard to use, having those on a lower shelf is needed. All in all, I will definitely come back."
7 Summers. Renovated studio with WIFI, AC, Pool, rooftop deck & amazing views!
10/10 Excellent
"This was our first time staying in this complex and it was wonderful! The unit was well maintained had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and the property manager was as well. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they messaged us back immediately and came over to look at the problem. The view was amazing as was the pool, and it was so nice having a beach near by at Sandy Hill Bay. Grocery stores were close and it was a short drive to Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour (10-15 minutes). I would highly recommend 7 Summers. "
