"The whole staff were extremely friendly very very helpful being Canadians who don’t speak Norwegian we rely on them to help us with the parking. Also to help with the menu in the restaurant that was in Norwegian. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a room at the top with the balcony looking over the water absolutely fantastic. A highlight of our vacation."

"Spacious, beautiful location, very luxurious home with all the bells and whistles. The view is breathtakingly beautiful! And the home’s interior is very cozy and thoughtfully designed. It’s also great that there are seating areas under the porch. There’s nothing to complain about with this vacation home. Everything is top-notch!"

"Our large family group very much enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, spacious and well equipped and thanks to great weather we spent a lot of time making the most of the outside areas. Even better than the pictures with lovely views to the water. Steep rocky path to access the nearest beach, but we had a nice swim in the bay. Great for visiting Tvedestrand and Lyngør. Excellent communication with Jarle, the host."
