Hands down, best perch sandwiches on Lake Erie. Perch sandwich w/ tartar and and order of fried okra. Simple place with no indoor seating, just grab a bench outside and enjoy.

The place is not finished, very worn, had cobwebs in the kitchen, couches smelled like vomit, pillows and comforters were stained, only two keys fobs provided for numerous guests, stains on carpets, stains on futons, steps ...
